BREAKING! Bulus Revenges For Nigeria, Lands In 2nd ITF Final In 5 Months

Reports reaching Naija Tennis Special from Lome, Togo, have it that top junior Nigerian player, Christopher Bulus, has won his semifinal match against Cyril Lago of Cote D'Ivoire to qualify for the boys' singles final at the ongoing ITF Junior Circuit in the West African country.

The brave Nigerian starlet saw off his hard working Togolese, defeating him in straight sets of 6-1, 6-1, to book a place in the final against the winner of the second semis which was still ongoing as at the time of filing this report.

Bulus has kept the Nigerian flag flying in Togo.
This is an improvement from Bulus's performance in the first leg where he crashed out in the semis. With the latest development, the Nigerian player has now qualified for his second ITF Final in five months.

"He was on top of his game, even though his opponent did not give us the expected fight. Cyril has been playing really well this second leg and we went to prepare specially for him but he gave much lesser than what he actually can today.

"This looks like a revenge for Nigeria since it was the came Cyril that defeated our own Adebola Obasoto who happens to be another hard working player on the court," Coach Abel Ubiebi told Naija Tennis Special from the team's base in Lome.
