The sheet exclusively obtained by Nigerian Tennis Live showed that the players have a deadline of 6pm on Friday, 8 December to sign in to play the qualifying series which will be played between Saturday 9 and Sunday 10 December before the Main Draw which kicks off on Monday, 11 December.
The decision to have a draw of 32 for the preliminary stage was also confirmed by Gift Edozie, the Tournament Director, who told Nigerian Tennis Live that the competition will get bigger in subsequent years.

Our correspondent also gathered that the inaugural tournament will involve only Men's Singles, Women's Singles and Men's Doubles events for the one-week period.
The total prize money which is a total of about N3.1million, will see the Men's Singles winner go home with N500,000 while the Women's Singles winner will be rewarded with N250,000 just as the Men's Doubles winners take a share of N200,000.
