Imeh Battles Sylvester For Semis Ticket In Crunch CBN Open Clash Of The Titans

Tennis followers and lovers in Abuja, Nigeria's federal capital, will be treated to some world class tennis actions as Sylvester Emmanuel takes on Joseph Imeh at the ongoing Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) Senior Tennis Open Championship in a match that has been dubbed the final before the final.

Imeh, Nigeria's number one male tennis player, is arguably Nigeria's best player at the moment, and will fancy his chances against Sylvester with whom he played some of Nigeria's best matches at the recently concluded Davis Cup tournament in Kenya.

Nigeria's progress out of pool A was in no small way due to the brilliance of both players; as individuals and as team members. But they will now have to slug it out against each other to determine who progresses to the semis of the 40th CBN Open.
